Next to the brick is a hidden vine that Mario must climb to reach the second Star Coin. Star Coin 2 - After reaching the area with a Roulette Block, Mario should climb the vine and head to the left.Alternatively, there is an Invisible Block containing a vine, just to the right of the other blocks below the Star Coin. Then, Mario must slide down the right wall to land in the area with the Star Coin. Star Coin 1 - Mario should throw a Koopa Troopa shell against the left wall so it bounces off the wall and takes out the Wiggler along with itself.This secret area has a Mega Mushroom, and a lot of pipes to smash, along with some coins to collect.

There is a secret area in this level, reached by using a Mini Mushroom to go down the second small pipe from the left where there are four together, with a Wiggler on top. After going through the Yellow Pipe, Mario reaches the pole. The last Star Coin can be obtained by sliding on a wall next to it, then Wall Jumping to the small pipes. If the player goes left and Wall Jumps off the wall, they will find the second Star Coin. Later, Mario needs to hit a block that contains a vine to climb up it and continue. The first Star Coin is found in a small cave near a Wiggler. Mario can complete the Red Ring by getting a boost from a Wiggler.
